Project Management

While this page highlights a few standout examples, I’ve led over 70 projects end-to-end, managing 8,400+ hours of task time across 17 contributors. These projects span a variety of industries, formats, and challenges - evidence of my adaptability, leadership, and attention to detail in delivering quality learning experiences at scale.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace
A refreshed collection of 9 courses designed to increase awareness, understanding, and inclusivity around neurodiversity in the workplace. Released globally and aimed at employees across all roles and levels, the suite explored topics ranging from disclosure and workplace adaptations to allyship and different types of neurodivergence.

The visual design focused heavily on accessibility and representation. Using vector-based characters, geometric shapes, and a bright, inclusive colour palette, the courses were intentionally designed to avoid assumptions around gender, race, or identity - creating a welcoming learning experience for a diverse audience.

The collection consisted of:

  • Introduction to Neurodiversity

  • Acknowledging Unique Abilities

  • Adaptations for a Neurodiverse Workplace

  • Being an Inclusivity Ally for Autistic Colleagues

  • Disclosing Neurodivergence

  • Interview and Selection

  • Neurodiversity in the Workplace

  • Providing Effective Feedback

  • Types of Neurodivergence

Employee Experience Management (EXM)
A large-scale learning programme designed to help managers and HR professionals navigate the changing world of work and build effective employee experience strategies.

The collection explored key topics including hybrid working, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, skills development, and the impact of AI and automation on the workforce. Designed as an end-to-end learning pathway, the suite aimed to provide practical, actionable guidance for organisations looking to improve employee engagement and retention.

From a design perspective, the collection adopted a modern, digital-first aesthetic inspired by contemporary workplace technology and communication platforms, helping create a consistent and engaging learner experience across the suite.

CoLabCo Workplace Narrative
To create consistency across the suite, we developed a fictional organisation called CoLabCo, providing a shared workplace narrative that connected learners across all course styles and topics.

VOX POP POD
We introduced a fictional podcast, VOX POP POD, featuring AI-generated voiceovers and animated audio waveforms to present expert insights in a more conversational and engaging format.

Interactive Polls
Interactive moments such as “Hot or Not?” polls encouraged learners to reflect on workplace behaviours and actively participate in the learning experience rather than passively consuming content.

Teams-Inspired Collaboration
Another build format recreated a familiar Teams-style environment using vector characters, waveform animations, and virtual meetings to simulate real workplace discussions and decision making.
