About me
Hey, I’m Danielle - a Designer and Project Manager based in Merseyside, UK.
With a background in graphic design and a career that’s evolved into digital learning and project management, I love combining creativity with structure. I currently work in the e-learning industry, managing and designing digital content that’s engaging, purposeful, and user-focused.
I’ve spent over a decade working across digital learning, UX/UI, branding, and illustration - collaborating with global teams to deliver people-focused work. My experience as a project manager has taught me how to confidently coordinate teams, streamline workflows, and guide projects from concept to launch. My design roots give me an edge, helping me understand not only the bigger picture but the finer creative details that bring a project to life.
Before joining Litmos, I spent several years designing for both print and digital formats. I still tap into those skills today, whether I’m reviewing course layouts, providing creative input, or illustrating on the side.
Speaking of side projects, I run a small business creating hand-drawn digital pet portraits under the name Designs by Dan. It’s a fun, rewarding outlet that combines my love of animals with my passion for illustration and product design. Whether it’s a tote bag, mug, or print - I love creating pieces that bring a bit of joy to people’s homes.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me sketching, baking, or out walking my Doberman, Gus. I also enjoy staying active with strength training and learning about nutrition.
In everything I do, whether managing a multi-course training suite or sketching someone’s beloved pet, I’m all about thoughtful design, clear communication, and meaningful outcomes.
