Neurodiversity Collection

This was a reversioning project of an existing 10-course suite focused on Neurodiversity in the workplace. Originally released in 2022, the content needed improvement in both design and accessibility.

Audience: All employees — across teams, roles, and levels

Built in: In-house Authoring Tool

Delivery: Global collaboration between UK & Australian teams

This suite was designed to raise awareness, promote inclusive behaviours, and improve understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace, making it relevant and valuable to everyone within an organisation. I led the rework of this suite to ensure it delivered a much more inclusive, user-friendly learning experience - without compromising on quality.

First, I extracted key points from the Product Brief to shape the scope of the work, identify resourcing needs, and align the team across time zones. I used a spreadsheet to plan the collection in stages, tracking progress and hours allocated.

I then set up the full project in Workfront, assigning tasks and timelines, and ran weekly stand-ups in Teams with designers and instructional designers from both the UK and Australia.

Once the suite was complete, I prepared the release notes to clearly showcase the improvements and highlight the value of the updated collection. I also supported internal communications to position the courses within the DEI collection and reinforce the importance of neurodiversity awareness for all employees.
