As Project Manager, I led the end-to-end coordination of this multi-course collection. I worked closely with teams across the UK and Australia, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.
First, I extracted key points from the Product Brief to shape the scope of the work, identify resourcing needs, and align the team across time zones. I used a spreadsheet to plan the collection in stages, tracking progress and hours allocated.
I then set up the full project in Workfront, assigning tasks and timelines, and ran weekly stand-ups in Teams with designers and instructional designers from both the UK and Australia.
The suite was built using our in-house authoring tool and consisted of 20 courses, grouped into five stages: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Exit, and designed in 4 different template styles.
