Learning Design
Here is a selection of e-learning courses I’ve built using our custom in-house authoring tool. Each project combines thoughtful layout, strong visual design, and interactive elements to create engaging, accessible learning experiences.
In addition to course builds, I’ve also created a range of supporting materials - such as thumbnails, infographics, and workbooks—to complement and enhance the learning journey. The visuals featured here include examples of completed builds, UI layouts, learner interactions, and accompanying assets that demonstrate how cohesive design supports effective digital learning.
Making Meetings Matter
This course explores how to design and lead meetings that are more engaging, productive, and enjoyable. Originally built in Storyline, it required a visual and functional refresh before transitioning into our custom in-house authoring tool. These screenshots highlight some of the updated design and interaction choices I used in the final build.
Green Finance Course Collection
This collection of Green Finance courses explores how financial systems can support environmentally responsible business practices. Topics include the fundamentals of green finance, its role in addressing climate change, promoting sustainability, and how businesses can secure funding for greener initiatives. I designed and built these courses using our in-house authoring tool, incorporating tailored interactions to enhance user engagement and simplify complex topics for a more intuitive learning experience.
Revenue Enablement Suite
This was a comprehensive suite of e-learning courses exploring how key departments - Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Sales - align to drive revenue growth. Each department was differentiated with a unique colour palette to aid navigation and reinforce visual identity.
I contributed to course builds within the Product and CX channels, applying visual styles, building interactions, and ensuring consistency with the established design system.
A standout part of the suite was the custom scenario-based assessment, centred around a fictional company - REsolutions. I created the company’s full visual identity, including:
A desktop-style interface
Internal branding and brochure assets
REsolutions was intentionally designed to be flawed - its name reflecting a culture of repeating the same mistakes, leading to stagnation, inefficiency, and poor customer experiences. Learners took on the role of a new hire and were challenged to identify problems and make improvements by applying what they’d learned across the suite.
Environmental – The Realities of Recycling
This course is part of a six-part environmental awareness suite designed to engage learners on sustainability topics through clear visuals, interactive design, and relatable real-world context.
I was responsible for the build and visual design of this course in Articulate Storyline, creating a clean, intuitive learning experience that supports learner understanding through meaningful interactions.
To support the course, I also developed a full set of visual assets and resources, including:
Course Thumbnails for platform navigation
A supporting infographic summarising key concepts
An answer booklet for self-assessment and review
