Leadership Collection

Audience: New and aspiring leaders

Built in: In-house Authoring Tool

Delivery: UK team collaboration

As Project Manager, I managed the end-to-end delivery of this suite - from scope and planning, through to development, QA, and final release — working with the Product Manager, instructional designers and digital designers wthin the UK team.

First, I reviewed the product brief and I pulled out key details around learner needs, content objectives, and business goals. These helped shape our scoping decisions, set priorities, and ensure the course set spoke to both emerging and established leaders.

Then, I built a project plan and schedule. I mapped out all 14 courses in a shared planning document, defining stages (storyboard, build, QA) and assigning key owners. This gave us a clear view of resourcing needs and ensured progress stayed visible across regions.

Each course had a dedicated task flow built out with clear instructions, timelines, and resource links. This helped keep the team focused and reduced time spent searching for documents or chasing information.

I shared regular updates via Teams and ran check-ins to track progress, resolve blockers, and align on reviews.

The courses explored leadership from different angles - from ‘Overcoming Impostor Syndrome’ to ‘The Multiplier Mindset’ - using a mix of interaction and creative touches. The final suite offers practical, inclusive, and globally relevant leadership guidance.
